Order Processing Times
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days with DHL or Correos Express.
- You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not receive it, contact us as soon as possible.
- Orders placed after 1:00pm CET will be shipped the following business day.
- Orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm CET, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday (includes Express Saver).
- Orders placed with Express Saver on Thursday night/Friday morning will be delivered on Monday.
- For orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm CET, the order will be shipped on Monday, even if Express Saver is selected.
IMPORTANT: DHL and Correos Express do not deliver packages on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
Note: During promotional periods, and especially on dates such as ‘Black Friday’ (last weekend of November) or Christmas, once the order is placed we will not be able to edit it, change any address nor will we be able to cancel orders due to logistics reasons.
In periods of high workload, Christmas, holidays and Black Friday, there may be delays, where ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU is not responsible.
During the continuance of a force majoure event, there may be delays in the delivery. ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA is not responsible for any fource majoure delay.
Orders are processed and shipped during business hours, excluding Federal and Local Holidays. Our Holiday Schedule is the following:

The company will be closed during these days, so orders won´t be processed or shipped. Customer Service won´t be active during these holidays.

Order Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, the courier company will send you an e-mail with the tracking link information. You can click on the link, which will take you to the shipping carrier’s website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated on the carrier’s site.
ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU. has the right to cancel any irregular order, reimbursing the money.
ONLINE CONCEPT SLU. is not responsible for any delays or issues once the order has left our warehouse. Once the order is in transit, we will gladly work with the shipping company to assist with any issues.
Please ensure that an accurate and complete shipping address is entered, as we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes.
If you have placed your order with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible here. We will do our best to make the changes, however once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will be unable to change the address. ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU, is not responsible for incorrect addresses.
International Taxes and Duties
ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales which may occur upon delivery.
Packages may be delayed due to customs or other external reasons for which ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU. is not responsible.

Attention: We don’t accept exchanges or size exchange on rings of the Last Chance category (regardless the value).
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Maria Pascual’s Warranty covers eventual defects that may arise from manufacturing, but in no case those caused by improper use by the customer. If you have received a damaged product, you have 30 calendar days to report the incident to our Customer Service team. Once this period has elapsed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace the product.
The following issues are not considered manufacturing defects, hence, are not covered by the product warranty:
- Defects and damages resulting from misuse or negligence, or from accident
- Defects and damages caused by improper use or any defects resulting from the contact with chlorine, salt, alcohol, perfume, etc. Please see our FAQ section to learn more about Proper use and Care of items).
- Lost or stolen product
- Alterations, tampering, dismantling or unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Maria Pascual.
- Consequences of the normal wear, tear and ageing of the jewel.
The purchased item is warranted against any manufacturing defect for a period of 2 year from the date of purchase. If your warranty has expired, click here to check our After Sales Service and see the solutions we have for you.
Other issues not listed above won’t be covered by this warranty.
The warranty policy will only be effective if the purchase ticket or order number is shown.
If the customer purchases Maria Pascual jewels from one of its authorized dealers , Maria Pascual won´t be responsible for any return or exchange.
Maria Pascual will not accept warranty claims for items purchased from unauthorized distributors.
Maria Pascual´s website only accepts discount codes and/or promotional codes authorized by Maria Pascual.
Return & Exchange Policy
*During the Christmas campaign we’re extending the deadline for exchanges and returns of all purchases at Maria Pascual, so that all orders placed after November 9 can be exchanged/returned until January 30, 2022.
- You can return the item within 14 days from receiving the product.
- ATTENTION: Due to safety and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept any exchange or return on any earrings.
- You can either choose
- A) a refund of the amount of the product to the same payment method used in the purchase or
- B) store Credit (coupon) for the amount of the product, to use in our website, with no expiration date. (Please advise the Customer Service Team which option you prefer when you e-mail advising of the return).
- There will be no cash return with a gift receipt.
- Returns must be shipped back to our office under the responsibility and cost of the buyer. Please ensure to get tracking details for the returned package as ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU. is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Free gifts with your order must be included in the package when making a return.
- You ring doesn´t fit right? We can exchange it for another size. You will find more information below, in the Rings section.
- Exchange of the purchased product for another product of the same value.

Online Return Process

Note: ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement until the returned items are successfully received.
To process a size exchange for the correct size, we offer a free exchange for customers within Spain (Peninsula). In order to complete the exchange, the Correos Express courier will deliver the new item and pick up the incorrect item.
Attention: We don’t accept size exchange of rings in the Last Chance category.
Unfortunately, for international orders, Balearic Islands, Andorra or Canary Islands we are unable to process a free exchange. With that said, the customer can send us (with your responsability and cost of the shipping) the item and once we receive the incorrect item, the correct size will be shipped out to you free of charge.
To do so, please e-mail us here and we will inform you of the process.
If you believe the item(s) that you have received are defective, please send an email to [email protected]. Once we have reviewed your claim, we will proceed to exchange the defective item for a new piece. In the event that the item is no longer available, we will process the refund for the product within two business days.
Note: Kindly reach out to us in the event that your jewel is broken or is damaged, so that we can look into a possible solution for you. If your jewel has been manipulated or repaired, we will unfortunately be unable to proceed with any solution.
We recommend that you include the details below when you e-mail us:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
- Photo(s) showing the defect
In the event that you receive an item which you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will be happy to rectify it for you.
If the shipping courier is unable to deliver your order successfully, we will proceed to refund the purchase price to the same payment method used, once the order has been returned to our warehouse. We will be unable to return the package to you, therefore you will need to process a new order.

Items included in the Last Chance category cannot be returned. We only accept a exchanged on ring size or for another item (of the same value). If the ítem received is faulty please send us an email to [email protected].
- Black Friday
Products included in the Black Friday category cannot be returned or exchanged.
The free gift/item cannot be exchanged for another ítem before making your order.
- 3×2 offer
If you buy three items of the 3×2 category, you only pay two. The free item is the one with the lowest price of all three. The 3×2 category items cannot be returned. We only accept a exchanged on ring size or for another item (of the same value).
This offer is not aplicable in our Showroom.

Maria Pascual offers high quality jewelry that looks like brand new for a long time. However, unexpected things happen.

- No expiration date. Can be redeemed online or in store.
- You are not required to use the full amount on one purchase. You can use your card as payment until the Gift Card balance expires.
- Promotional offers and discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.
- Cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
- Purchase totals will be deducted from the card’s overall value until it reaches zero. The available credit on your gift card will be automatically deducted from your order total.
- If your order total is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will remain on the gift card for later use against subsequent orders.
- If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card the remaining balance must be paid by credit card.

Within 30 days of purchase: you can process an exchange or return onto the same method of payment in the Showroom.
Return & Exchange Details
- Item(s) must be returned in like-new condition, in their original packaging and a valid receipt must be presented. Please note: Due to safety and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on any earrings.
- There will be no cash return with a gift receipt. The item(s) can be either returned, exchanged or a store credit given for the amount of the product, with no expiration date.
- In the event that there is a defect with an item, we will exchange it for a new piece. If the item is not available in our showroom, we will process a refund for the amount of the item.
- Orders processed on our online shop (www.maria-pascual.com) cannot be returned in store and will need to be shipped back to our warehouse as per our Online Return Policy.
- Free products gifted by Maria Pascual in our Showroom cannot be exchanged or returned.
