Order Processing Times:
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days with UPS or Correos Express.
- You will receive a confirmation email within the 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not receive it, contact us as soon as possible.
- Orders placed after 1:00pm CET will be shipped the following business day.
- Orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm CET, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday (includes Express Saver).
- Orders placed with Express Saver on Thursday night/Friday morning will be delivered on Monday.
- For orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm CET, the order will be shipped on Monday, even if Express Saver is selected.
Note: During promotional periods, and especially on dates such as ‘Black Friday’ (last weekend of November), once the order is placed we will not be able to accept address changes nor will we be able to cancel orders due to logistics reasons.
In periods of high workload, Christmas, holidays and Black Friday, there may be delays, where ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU is not responsible.
Note: UPS and Correos Express do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
Order Tracking Information:
Once an order has shipped, the courier company will send you an e-mail with the tracking link information. You can click on the link, which will take you to the shipping carrier’s website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated on the carrier’s site.
ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU. has the right to cancel any irregular order, reimbursing the money.
ONLINE CONCEPT SLU. is not responsible for any delays or issues once the order has left our warehouse. Once the order is in transit, we will gladly work with the shipping company to assist with any issues.
Please ensure that an accurate and complete shipping address is entered, as we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes.
ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU. is not responsible if a UPS Access Point closes temporarily for vacation, etc and delivery is delayed.
If you have placed your order with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible here. We will make every attempt to process the address adjustment on our end, however once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will be unable to change the address at this time. ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU, is not responsible for incorrect addresses.
International Taxes and Duties:
ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales which may occur upon delivery.
Packages may be delayed due to customs or other external reasons for which ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU. is not responsible.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Maria Pascual works with the highest quality products and commits to selling products that are free from manufacturing defects. If the customer believes that the purchased item has a manufacturing defect, the customer may return it to Maria Pascual for further inspection.
The following issues are not considered manufacturing defects, hence, are not covered by the product warranty:
- Defects and damages resulting from misuse or negligence, or from accident
- Defects and damages caused by improper use or any defects resulting from the contact with chlorine, salt, alcohol, perfume, etc. Please see our FAQ section to learn more about Proper use and Care of items).
- Lost or stolen product
- Alterations, tampering, dismantling or unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Maria Pascual.
- Consequences of the normal wear, tear and ageing of the jewel.
The purchased item is warranted against any manufacturing defect for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. After the expiration of the warranty, Maria Pascual will evaluate and determine if the ítem will be repaired or not.
Other issues not listed above won´t be covered by this warranty. During the warranty period, Maria Pascual will replace the defective ítem without any additional cost. However, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
The warranty policy will only be effective if the purchase ticket or order number is shown.
If the customer purchases Maria Pascual jewels from one of its authorized dealers , Maria Pascual won´t be responsible for any return or exchange.
Maria Pascual will not accept warranty claims for items purchased from unauthorized distributors.
Maria Pascual´s website only accepts discount codes and/or promotional codes authorized by Maria Pascual.
Within 30 days of purchase: you can process an exchange or return onto the same method of payment.
ATTENTION: Due to safety and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on any earrings.
Online Return Process:
- Send us an e-mail here letting us know your order number and which item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- In the package to be returned, please enclose the item(s) in like-new condition and in their original packaging to:

- ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU. will process the refund within 14 days from receiving the returned item(s). The refund will be processed for the total amount of the order (less shipping costs) in the form of a coupon or back onto the same method of payment used to process the order. (Please advise the Customer Service Team which option you prefer when you e-mail advising of the return).
Note: Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.
Return & Exchange Details:
- Item(s) must be returned in like-new condition, in their original packaging and a valid receipt must be presented. There will be no cash return with a gift receipt. The item(s) can be exchanged or a merchandise credit given for the full amount of the purchase, with no expiration date.
- Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse under the responsibility and cost of the buyer. Please ensure to get tracking details for the returned package as ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU. is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Note: ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement until the returned items are successfully received.
To process a size exchange for the correct size, we offer a free exchange for customers within Spain and Portugal. In order to complete the exchange, the Correos Express courier will deliver the new item and pick up the incorrect item.
For customers living outside of these areas, please follow the return policy mentioned above. Once we receive the returned incorrect item, the correct size will be shipped out to you free of charge.
To do so, please e-mail us here and we will inform you of the process.
If you believe the item(s) that you have received are defective, you will have 7 calendar days to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have reviewed your claim, we will proceed with the exchange of the defected item for a new piece. In the event that the ítem is no longer available, we will process the refund for the entire order within two business days.
Note: Kindly reach out to us in the event that your jewel has broken or been damaged, so that we can look into a possible solution for you. If your jewel has been manipulated or repaired, we will unfortunately be unable to proceed with any solution.
We recommend that you include the below details when you e-mail us:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
- Photo(s) showing the defect
In the event that you receive an item which you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will be happy to rectify it for you.
If the shipping courier is unable to deliver your order successfully, we will proceed to refund the purchase price to the same payment method used, once the order has been returned to our warehouse. We will be unable to return the package to you, therefore you will need to process a new order.
