If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your jewelry within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt.

IMPORTANT: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings. We also do not accept returns from the Special Prices category.

If the conditions for a return are met, you can choose one of the following methods:
- Refund of the amount paid through the same payment method used in the purchase. You will receive this amount within a maximum period of 2 weeks.
- Discount coupon for the amount paid (excluding shipping costs), to be redeemed on our website and with no expiration date. The coupon will be redeemed immediately upon receipt of the package in our offices.

All returns must be sent to our offices under the responsibility and cost of the buyer. The customer must ensure that the package arrives at our office without any damage or loss. ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU. is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of packages during shipment.

The currency shown on maria-pascual.com is in EURO. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that the customer must pay.

ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU. reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the product.

Write us an email to contact@maria-pascual.com indicating your order number and the item(s) you want to return.

Items purchased in the Barcelona Showroom can be exchanged or returned within one month from the date of purchase, except for earrings.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and with the purchase receipt or gift voucher.
- No cash refunds will be made upon presentation of the gift voucher.
- If the item is defective, it will be exchanged for the same model. If the product is not available, the amount will be refunded.
- Items purchased through our website (maria-pascual.com) can be delivered to our showroom for return.
- Free items given by Maria Pascual in our showroom cannot be exchanged.

The only possible exchange is the change of size in rings of the same model. It is a delivery and collection service through our courier company Correos Express, which can only be made effective in the Peninsula. This service is free of charge once. In case of requesting a second one, the reshipment will be paid by the buyer. The cost of the reshipment must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal before the realization and shipment of the new size.

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order to contact us and request the change of size.

IMPORTANT: We do not accept product changes, not ring size changes in the Special Prices category.

For the rest of the countries, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Andorra, a refund of the amount paid for the ring will be made and customers must send the product to our offices (at their own expense). In this way they will be able to place a new order with the new desired size.

In case you receive a wrong product, that is, a product that is not the one you ordered, please contact us at contact@maria-pascual.com and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

In María Pascual we always prioritize the quality of our jewelry and a good experience, so whenever there is a defect, we will help you to solve it. For this reason our guarantee covers eventual defects that may arise from manufacturing, but in no case those caused by improper use by the customer. If you have received a defective product, you have 30 calendar days to report the incident to our Customer Service team. Once this period has elapsed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace the part. The Maria Pascual Warranty specifically does not cover:

- Loss or theft of the jewel.
- Damage caused by improper use of the product by the customer. In our section "jewelry care" you can learn how to take care of our pieces correctly.
- Damage caused by repairs outside Maria Pascual's control.

The warranty for Maria Pascual jewelry is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. From the first to the sixth month of purchase, if there is no evidence of misuse of the jewel, the defective piece will be picked up and a new piece will be sent free of charge. In case of out of stock, a credit of the same amount paid for the piece (excluding shipping costs) will be made through the same payment method.

After the 6th month of purchase we can not assure you that we can change the piece and the customer must be the one who sends the jewel to our office.

In all cases we need you to keep the product and send us pictures or a video showing its current state. Once we have assessed its condition we will offer you a solution.

In order to check the origin of the piece and ensure that it is from Maria Pascual, be sure to keep your ticket or email confirmation of purchase. If your warranty has expired, access our After Sales Service to see the solutions we can offer you. If you have purchased from one of our distribution points, we are not responsible for their return or exchange policies, just as Maria Pascual will not accept warranty claims for jewelry purchased through unauthorized distributors. Maria Pascual will not enforce any warranty claim that is not accompanied by the purchase receipt or order number.

If you receive a product with a defect or damage, please write to us within 30 calendar days to contact@maria-pascual.com to assess the incident. We recommend that you include in the email the following information: Order number to which the jewel belongs or email with which it was made and a photographic evidence where the defect can be seen.

Important: Before going to another store, please contact us so we can look for a solution. If the products are manipulated by a third person, Maria Pascual will not be responsible for the piece.

Special Prices
Products included in the Special Prices category cannot be exchanged or returned. If the item received presents a defect please send an email to contact@maria-pascual.com.

3x2 Offer
When you buy three items in the 3×2 category, you will only pay for two items. The free item will be the one with the lowest amount. Important: Products included in the 3×2 category cannot be exchanged or returned. This offer is not applicable in our Showroom.
