In María Pascual we always prioritize the quality of our jewelry and a
good experience, so whenever there is a defect, we will help you to
solve it. For this reason our guarantee covers eventual defects that may
arise from manufacturing, but in no case those caused by improper use by
the customer. If you have received a defective product, you have 30
calendar days to report the incident to our
Customer Service team. Once
this period has elapsed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to
replace the part. The Maria Pascual Warranty specifically does not
cover:
- Loss or theft of the jewel.
- Damage caused by improper use of the product by the customer. In our
section "jewelry care" you can learn how to take care of our pieces
correctly.
- Damage caused by repairs outside Maria Pascual's control.
The warranty for Maria Pascual jewelry is valid for a period of 2 years
from the date of purchase. From the first to the sixth month of
purchase, if there is no evidence of misuse of the jewel, the defective
piece will be picked up and a new piece will be sent free of charge. In
case of out of stock, a credit of the same amount paid for the piece
(excluding shipping costs) will be made through the same payment
method.
After the 6th month of purchase we can not assure you that we can change
the piece and the customer must be the one who sends the jewel to our
office.
In all cases we need you to keep the product and send us pictures or a
video showing its current state. Once we have assessed its condition we
will offer you a solution.
In order to check the origin of the piece and ensure that it is from
Maria Pascual, be sure to keep your ticket or email confirmation of
purchase. If your warranty has expired, access our

to see the solutions we can offer you. If you have purchased from one of
our distribution points, we are not responsible for their return or
exchange policies, just as Maria Pascual will not accept warranty claims
for jewelry purchased through unauthorized distributors. Maria Pascual
will not enforce any warranty claim that is not accompanied by the
purchase receipt or order number.
