For hygienic reasons, we do not accept earrings returns. We also do not accept returns from the Special Prices category.
You can choose one of the following options:
- A coupon
with the same amount you paid last time to use on our website. In this case, you need to contact us
with the returns details and we will issue our courier company to pick the package in the address you specify. Once the package gets back to our warehouse, you will receive your coupon within 2 to 3 working days. This coupon has no expiration date: you can use it whenever you want.
- A Refund
of the paid amount to the same payment method used in the purchase. Returns must be sent to our offices at the buyer's responsibility and cost. As a customer, you must ensure that the package arrives at our office without any damage or loss. ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU. is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of packages during shipment. Once the package gets back to our warehouse and we check the product is in good condition, we will proceed with the refund. The refunded amount will get back to you within a period of 3 weeks maximum.
For any exchange or return with gift voucher, a coupon will be issued for the total amount of the returned products. This coupon can be cashed in on our website and has no expiration date.
In case you have not found the right ring size, here's how to make the exchange. You have 14 calendar days period from the day of your order reception to contact us and make the size exchange.
At Maria Pascual, we only make exchanges in the Rings category for the same model (except for the Special Prices section, which cannot be exchanged). The rest of the pieces are not interchangeable, but you can return them if you wish. Ring Exchanges
In case of ring size changes, we offer a delivery and collection service through our courier company Correos Express, which can only be made effective in the Peninsula. This service is free of charge once. In case of mistake in size a second time, reshipment will be paid by the buyer. The cost of reshipment is 5,5€ which will be deducted from the total amount of the ring in question and must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal before the realization of the same. Important:

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept changes of earrings. For the rest of the countries, Balearic Islands and Andorra customers must send the product to our offices (at their own expense) and buy again the desired size as a new order.

Returns in our Barcelona Showroom Items purchased in the Barcelona Showroom can be exchanged or returned within one month from the date of purchase, except earrings for hygiene reasons. - Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and with the purchase receipt or gift voucher.
- No cash refunds will be made upon presentation of the gift voucher. It will be returned in the form of a voucher with no expiration date.
- If the item is defective, it will be exchanged for the same model. If the product is not available, the amount will be refunded.
- Items purchased through our website (maria-pascual.com) cannot be returned to the Showroom. They must be sent to our offices as indicated in our return policy. - Free items given away by Maria Pascual in our Showroom cannot be exchanged or returned. Wrong product

Maria Pascual Warranty covers eventual defects that may arise from manufacturing, but in no case those caused by improper use by the customer. If you have received a defective product, you have 30 calendar days to notify our Customer Service team
of the incident. Once this period has elapsed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace the product. The Maria Pascual Warranty specifically does not cover:
- Loss or theft of the jewel.
- Wear and tear caused by improper use, lack of care of the jewelry (chlorine, saltpeter, alcohol, perfumes) or accidents. Consult our FAQs

When you buy three items in the 3×2 category, you will only pay for two items. The free item will be the one with the lowest amount.
