The Maria Pascual Warranty covers eventual defects that may arise from manufacturing, but in no case those caused by improper use by the customer. You have 30 calendar days to notify the incidence.

The warranty for Maria Pascual jewelry is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. In order to check the origin of the piece and ensure that it is from Maria Pascual, be sure to keep your receipt or email confirmation of purchase.
All Maria Pascual pieces are ethically manufactured with top quality materials so that they will accompany you for many years. Try to prevent your jewelry from coming into contact with salt water, perfumes and alcohol so that it does not deteriorate over time.

When you buy a product in pre-sale mode it means that it is not yet available and that we will produce it on demand. This is a system that we use with certain jewelry, which will have a limited run so that you don't run out of them.

Pre-sale purchases work just like any other purchase. Add the product to the cart, choose your payment method, complete the purchase and we will send you your jewelry when it is available. Check the estimated shipping date on the product page and in the purchase confirmation email to get organized. And remember: we charge you at the time you place your order.
