Every time you place an order on our website you will receive a confirmation email. Make sure you write your email correctly. If you do not receive it, we recommend you to check your SPAM mailbox, but if you did not write it correctly when placing your order, we will not be able to track your order.
Once the order has been shipped, the courier company will send you a confirmation email with a link to track your order. The activation of your tracking number will take a few hours to become effective. Be sure to enter your email address correctly to receive the tracking number.
Returns and exchanges:
If you have not received your order after the approximate delivery time of 1-2 working days, please contact our Customer Service team and we will evaluate the incident. If the order has left our warehouse, you should contact the shipping company.

Maria Pascual's warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise. Contact email@example.com within a 30 day period and we will evaluate the incident. Once verified, the product will be exchanged for a new one of the same model. If the product is not available, the full amount plus shipping costs will be refunded.

When you buy a product in pre-sale it means that it is not yet available and that we will produce it on demand. This is a system that we use with certain pieces that will have a limited run so that you don't miss out on them. Pre-sale purchases work just like any other purchase. Add the product to the cart, choose your payment method, complete the purchase and we will send you your jewelry when it is available. Check the estimated shipping date on the product page and in the purchase confirmation email. And remember: we charge you at the time you place your order.
