Within 30 days of purchase: you can process an exchange or return onto the same method of payment.

Sale Merchandise:
Sorry, all sale and discounted items purchased online are a final sale.

Return & Exchange Details:

  • Item(s) must be returned in like-new condition, in their original packaging and a valid receipt must be presented. Please note: Due to safety and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on any earrings.
  • There will be no cash return with a gift receipt. The item(s) can be exchanged or a merchandise credit given for the full amount of the purchase, with no expiration date.
  • In the event that there is a defect with an item, we will exchange it for a new piece. If the item is not available online, we will process a refund for the amount of the item.
  • Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse under the responsibility and cost of the buyer. Please ensure to get tracking details for the returned package as ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU. is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

All of our jewels are plated in 3 microns of 18/23k gold.  We recommend that you do not wear the jewels in the water and to avoid spraying perfume or alcohol directly onto them.   Take care of your Maria Pascual jewels or they will wear in time.
