If you believe the jewellery item(s) you have received is faulty please contact us at sales@maria-pascual.com immediately and include the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item SKU number and name
  3. A description of the fault
  4. Photo evidence

Our team will endeavour to get back to you asap and assist you in receiving a replacement.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Yes, certainly! Either you change your mind or you will like to exchange it for another size, you will have to send back the item(s) within 14 natural days. Item(s) being returned must be unworn, in they original gift box and packaging. Return Process:

  1. Email us to know you’d like to return your item(s). Please provide us your order number, and the items you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Include in the return, the original packaging and the item(s) you would like to return to: Costumer Service C/Luis Antúnez, nº 16, 08006, Barcelona
  3. Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process them and answer you in within 1-2 business days.
  4. ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU. will proceed to make the refund within 14 natural days from the date on which we are informed of the decision of the returning item(s) and we’ll refund the money using the same payment method used for the client in the initial transaction.

For safety and health reasons we cannot accept exchanges or returns from any item from our earrings category.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

>We advise you do not swim with the jewels in the sea or in the pool. Avoid spray perfume or alcohol directly on them. Look after your Maria Pascual jewels and they will stay in perfect condition for a long time.

WHAT MATERIAL ARE YOUR JEWELLERY PIECE MADE OF?

All our products are gold plated with 3 microns of 18/23K.
