Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or edit your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the order can be successfully cancelled or revised once it has been processed, however we will try our best.
WHERE CAN I ENTER MY COUPON CODE?
To enter your coupon code, click on your “Cart” and “Proceed to Checkout”. There will be a field next to it called “Apply coupon”. Please click on this field to enter your coupon code.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I HAVE RECEIVED IS FAULTY?
If you believe the item(s) that you have received are defective, please contact us here immediately. Once we have reviewed your claim, we will proceed with the exchange of the defected item for a new piece. In the event that the ítem is no longer available, we will process the refund for the entire order within two business days.
Note: Kindly reach out to us in the event that your jewel has broken or been damaged, so that we can look into a possible solution for you. If your jewel has been manipulated or repaired, we will unfortunately be unable to proceed with any solution.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes, absolutely! Our online return policy and process is mentioned below:
Online Return Policy:
Within 30 days of purchase: you can process an exchange or return onto the same method of payment.
ATTENTION: Due to safety and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on any earrings.
Online Return Process:
- Send us an e-mail here letting us know your order number and which item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- In the package to be returned, please enclose the item(s) in like-new condition and in their original packaging to:

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
All of our jewels are plated in 3 microns of 18/23k gold. We recommend that you do not wear the jewels in the water and to avoid spraying perfume or alcohol directly onto them. Take care of your Maria Pascual jewels or they will wear in time.

All of our products are brass plated in 3 microns of 18/23k gold.
HOW CAN I DETERMINE MY RING SIZE?
Below you can find our size chart for the approximate sizes of each ring. You can measure the inside diameter of any of the rings that you may have at home.
Note: At this time, we can only offer free exchange if you have chosen the wrong size and your shipping destination is within Spain. Please mail us here and we will inform you of the process.
