RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

You can return the item within 14 days from receiving the product.

ATTENTION: Due to safety and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on any earrings.

You can either choose A) a refund of the amount of the product to the same payment method used in the purchase or B) store Credit (coupon) for the amount of the product, to use in our website, with no expiration date. (Please advise the Customer Service Team which option you prefer when you e-mail advising of the return).

There will be no cash return with a gift receipt.

Returns must be shipped back to our office under the responsibility and cost of the buyer. Please ensure to get tracking details for the returned package as ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU. is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Item(s) must be returned in like-new condition, in their original packaging and a valid receipt must be presented.

EXCHANGE

Size exchange of a ring that doesn´t fit right. You will find more information below, in the Rings section.

Exchange of the purchased product for another product of the same value. We won´t accept exchanges for products with different value.

ONLINE RETURN PROCESS

Send us an e-mail here letting us know your order number and which item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

In the package to be returned, please enclose the item(s) in like-new condition and in their original packaging to:

Note: ONLINE CONCEPT BARCELONA SLU reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement until the returned items are successfully received.

RINGS
To process a size exchange for the correct size, we offer a free exchange for customers within Spain (Peninsula). In order to complete the exchange, the Correos Express courier will deliver the new item and pick up the incorrect item.

Unfortunately, for international orders, Canary Islands and Andorra we are unable to process a free exchange.  With that said, the customer can send us (with your responsability and cost of the shipping) the incorrect item and once we receive it, the correct size will be shipped out to you free of charge.

To do so, please email us here and we will inform you of the process.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you believe the item(s) that you have received are defective, you will have 7 calendar days to e-mail [email protected] Once we have reviewed your claim, we will proceed with the exchange of the defected item for a new piece. In the event that the ítem is no longer available, we will process the refund for the product within two business days.

Note: Kindly reach out to us in the event that your jewel is broken or is damaged, so that we can look into a possible solution for you. If your jewel has been manipulated or repaired, we will unfortunately be unable to proceed with any solution.

In the event that you receive an item which you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will be happy to rectify it for you.

If the shipping courier is unable to deliver your order successfully, we will proceed to refund the purchase price to the same payment method used, once the order has been returned to our warehouse. We will be unable to return the package to you, therefore you will need to process a new order.

Last Chance items are non-refundable. They can only be returned and exchanged for a coupon that may only be redeemed toward the purchase of any other Maria Pascual product.

If you buy three items of the Black Friday category, you only pay two. The free item is the one with the lowest price of all three. Any of the Black Friday category items cannot be returned or exchanged.

This offer is not applicable in our Showroom.

d) Christmas

Free gifts or free products included in the order by Maria Pascual cannot be returned or exchanged.

The free gift/item cannot be exchanged for another ítem before making your order.

MATERIALS

All Maria Pascual jewels are plated with 18/23k gold. We also use cubic zirconias, stones, and freshwater pearls. All of them high-quality.

JEWELRY CARE

Here are some important tips and tricks to help you keep your jewelry looking brand new, so that you can enjoy wearing it for years.

  • Always store your pieces individually, preferably in your Maria Pascual pouch, box, or travel case, so that they don’t get tangled, avoiding possible scratches.
  • Our jewelry is sweat and shower-friendly, but we recommend taking it off before swimming.
  • When necessary, clean your pieces using warm water and mild soap. Dry by buffing gently with a cloth.
  • Avoid using abrasive cleaners containing harsh chemicals, they speed up the oxidation process. Keep away from perfume, hairspray, make-up, nail polish remover, lotions, body oils, and deodorant.
